About Us

At Jibbs Jigs, we're more than just a fishing company – we're a testament to passion, dedication, and innovation. Founded in 2018 by a teacher, husband, and lifelong fisherman, our company embodies the spirit of chasing dreams both on and off the water.

Our founder's love for fishing runs deep, with over three decades of experience chasing steelhead since 1985. From the 1990s onwards, he's been float fishing tube jigs for nearly every species of fish, honing his skills and refining his techniques along the way.

The inspiration behind our company name, Jibbs Jigs, stems from a dear friend who passed away from cancer. His memorable phrase, "Hooked in the Jibbs," encapsulates the essence of our brand – every fish we hook is firmly in the Jibbs. It's a tribute to friendship, resilience, and the enduring connection between angler and catch.

Our commitment to innovation shines through in our products, particularly our unique swirl patterns. These eye-catching designs not only attract fish but also reflect our dedication to pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo.

When it comes to quality, we spare no expense. We use industry-leading paints specifically designed for fishing lures, ensuring durability and performance that exceed expectations. Our slogan, "Where Every Fish is Hooked," embodies our ethos of passion and excellence. We're not just fishing enthusiasts – we're a community united by our love for the sport, symbolized by our acronym, "WEFisH."

Our logo, a simple yet powerful emblem, reflects our roots in education and our commitment to craftsmanship. It's a symbol of pride and authenticity, representing the initials we've proudly placed on our school's artwork since 1986, collectively forming the letters JIG.

At Jibbs Jigs, we're more than just a fishing company – we're a testament to the enduring bond between angler and catch. Join us on this journey, where every fish is not just hooked but firmly in the Jibbs.
